At the heart of osteopathy is the belief that the body functions as a whole, and everyone can benefit from improved mobility, pain relief, and enhanced overall health. Treatment is not limited to any specific group— welcoming athletes looking to enhance performance, office workers dealing with posture-related strain, and the elderly seeking better joint function, everyone and anyone is welcome.

At Osteo Health Hub Osteopathy practice, I believe in treating the whole person and not just the symptoms. Approaching each patient with a holistic mindset and working with each patient individually to create a personalised treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and goals.

Offering a variety of services, including triage, assessment and diagnosis of any muscle and skeletal conditions. With the ability to treat with osteopathic manipulations, neurodynamics, mobalisations, articulations, rehabilitation progroammes and physical assessments. MET’s a hands on approach with the ability to treat pain, aches, and any condition from head to toe. The goal is to provide patients with comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of their health and wellbeing.

As a highly trained and experienced professional, I am dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to my patients. Working with a patient centered approach to ensure that the highest quailty care, support and treatment is received.
My Education
I earned my Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy (UCO), London, where I gained a deep understanding of anatomy, clinical assessment, and hands-on treatment techniques. The program provided me with extensive practical experience, allowing me to treat a wide range of patients in UCO’s outpatient clinic. This hands-on training, combined with evidence-based learning, has shaped my holistic, patient-centred approach to osteopathic care.
My Experience in Diverse Osteopathic Clinics
I have had the privilege of working in various specialized clinics, offering tailored osteopathic care to individuals with unique healthcare needs.
HIV Clinic
At the HIV clinic, I provided compassionate care for patients managing musculoskeletal issues related to their condition and treatment. I focused on creating a safe, respectful environment to support their overall well-being.
Women’s Health & Pregnancy Clinic
In the Women’s Health and Pregnancy clinic, I supported women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, addressing issues like pelvic pain and back discomfort with gentle, safe techniques. My approach prioritised creating a comfortable space for women during these transformative stages.
Elderly Outreach Programme
In the Elderly Outreach Programme, I worked to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and improve quality of life for older adults. My care focused on preserving independence and dignity, with a holistic, empathetic approach.
Gender Fluid and Transitioning Clinic
At the gender fluid and transitioning clinic, I provided osteopathic care sensitive to the needs of transitioning individuals. I offered a safe, affirming space, addressing musculoskeletal concerns and supporting overall health during the gender journey.
